Wine-making: Crushing and soft-pressing , with a portion given short skin contact; controlled fermentation at 15° to 18° C. in stainless steel containers.

Tasting notes: Modern, elegant wine of unexpected quality.

Taste: fresh, delicate, yet with sufficient acidity
